Safari Kickboxing Terms & Conditions

  1. Safari Merchandise
Only Safari-branded merchandise may be worn during Safari classes. Products from outside brands are not permitted.

  2. Required Equipment After 4 Weeks
Upon completion of the beginner’s course or after 4 weeks of training, you must purchase Safari ankle supports, hand wraps, gloves, and focus pads for safety when contact is permitted.

  3. Equipment Ordering
All equipment must be ordered through our online store: Safari Shop.

  4. Payment Policy
Payments for classes must be made through our online booking system before attending class. We operate as a cashless company—no payments will be accepted on-site.

  5. Booking for Classes
You must book your place on a class to attend. Classes have maximum capacity, and if you do not book in advance, you will not be permitted entry.

  6. Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes before your class starts to ensure you are ready and on time. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the class.

  7. Jewellery Policy
For safety reasons, no jewellery may be worn during training. If you have an item that cannot be removed, it must be securely covered with a plaster, which you are responsible for bringing.

  8. Respectful Behaviour
Please remain silent while the instructor is speaking, as their instructions are important for safety. We ask that you show respect to fellow students and instructors at all times. Foul language or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to decline entry without a refund.

  9. Insurance & Membership
After your first trial class or 4-week course, you are required to purchase Safari MMA Insurance.

    • 3-month insurance is available for new students, and this will automatically renew into an annual insurance with a license after the initial period.
    • Your first white belt grading is included with the insurance. No refunds are given if you choose not to grade, as the insurance remains valid.
  10. Injury Reporting
If you sustain an injury during class, please inform the instructor immediately or contact our Admin team within 12 hours of the injury. You can email us at [email protected] or call/WhatsApp 07880 550011.

  11. Missed Classes & Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for missed training, and payment dates cannot be altered or carried over.

    • Deposits for new courses or day passes are refundable up to 48 hours before the course begins. Once the course has started, no refunds can be issued, as the spot was specifically held for you.
  12. Direct Debit Cancellation
To cancel your direct debit, 28 days’ notice is required. You must inform our payments team in writing (email, WhatsApp, or text). Failure to do so will result in the payment being processed.

    • You cannot cancel a direct debit directly with your bank, as our system will continue to attempt payment, resulting in arrears.
    • Membership payments must be processed via direct debit, and we reserve the right to reassign your place if you cancel the instruction with the bank.
  13. Membership Freeze Option
If you know you will be unable to use your membership, you can freeze your account for a £10 monthly fee. 28 days’ notice is required to freeze your account, and no refunds will be issued for payments without the proper notice.

  14. Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are your own responsibility. We cannot be held liable for any items that are lost or go missing during training.

  15. Grading Information
Grading may take place at the location where you train, up to four times a year. You are welcome to spectate these events or train at another location during that week. However, missed grading sessions cannot be carried over or refunded.

  16. Bank Holidays & Christmas
Bank holidays and Christmas holidays are incorporated into your membership price. These sessions are not considered missed, and they will not be refunded or carried over.
